Sweatfest Compendium

L-R: Stu McFab, Manning Burns (pic by Elizabeth Davis. Thanks!)

First, I want to express my most extreme gratitude to Stu McFab, for making sure that The Northwest Georgia Music Hour keeps cranking outstanding music from regional artists! I am also immensely grateful to Manning Burns for his tremendous efforts of documenting and producing local artists on the Stereotrash Records label. So, it’s safe to say that this week’s episode made me extremely happy to hear two of my favorite people talk about something that I absolutely love, our local musicians.

Check it out! SweatFest is this Saturday and is going to be hot! There is also plenty of other great options to explore. Here’s what we heard.

Thunderbolt Patterson – 11 Months & 29 Days
Kira Annalise – Pawn Shop
Andalusia! – Driving
Muletide Perkins – Cool, Dry Place
Cannon and the Boxes – More to Do
Graham & Vann – Elephants Shot Dead in the City
Tina & The Goose – I Never Will
The Donors – Top Keeps Spinning
The Barbaric Yawps – Super Brain
Border Patrol – Jack White
